Business Development Executive
*Salary of 25k and up to £40k OTE (uncapped!)
*Based in Lancashire

Due to sustained growth, they are now looking for a Business Development Executive to join their expanding team.

THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE ROLE:
*In this pivotal role, you will identify and engage with potential clients, driving business growth by building strong relationships with high-level decision-makers in medium to large UK businesses. Responsibilities include:
*Conducting in-depth research to identify and connect with target clients.
*Reaching out via phone, email, and social platforms to set up strategic meetings.
*Supporting the sales team by generating leads and providing assistance throughout the sales process.
*Monitoring outreach activity and updating CRM systems to ensure seamless collaboration.
*This role is not about high-pressure tactics-it’s about building genuine, meaningful connections with carefully chosen prospects to deliver outstanding results.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE - ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Self-starter who thrives in both independent and team settings.
*Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is a plus.
*Background in business development, and sales
