Job Description:
My client are a prominent FMCG products supplier and manufacturer based in Gloucester, they currently have a rare but exciting opportunity for a Head of Purchasing to join their team.
The Role
*Implementation of supply chain processes
*SIOP (sales, inventory, operations, planning)
*Supplier management strategy
*Negotiation of supply chain agreements
*Budgets & reporting
*Analysis of buying costs
*Continuous improvement
*Manage & train supply chain team
*Sourcing & Vendor management
The Candidate
*Previous experience in management
*Previous experience in sourcing & procurement
*Understanding of the FMCG market
*Proficient in data interpretation
*Proficient in excel
