Job Description:
Description Are you passionate about customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Our client, a growing manufacturer and supplier of pumps and pump systems, is looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join their dynamic team based in Gloucester. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting customers, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
*Manage Sales Order Processing (SOP) and Purchase Order Processing (POP).
*Create and follow up on order acknowledgements.
*Coordinate delivery schedules and provide updates to customers.
*Handle returns administration and liaise with logistics, purchasing, and accounts teams.
*Support production scheduling and project delivery coordination.
*Answer and direct incoming calls professionally.
Requirements *Self-motivated, driven, and results-oriented.
*Exceptional attention to detail, particularly in data entry.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
*Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
*A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
*Proficient in IT, with a good understanding of common software tools.
