We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Product Designer for an exciting 6-month contract opportunity. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with in-office days on Tuesdays and Thursdays at our client’s Blackfriars location. The position is inside IR35, with a competitive pay rate of £600 - £650 per hour.

Key Responsibilities As a Senior Product Designer, you will:
*Collaborate within the Invoicing & Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Pod, a team of seven design specialists in Product Design, Content Design, and User Experience Research.
*Lead the design efforts to take the Accounts Payable pilot to General Availability (GA), streamlining workflows for merchants to manage vendor and supplier payments.
*Partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Business Development, as well as a third-party supplier, to deliver a seamless and high-quality experience.
*Balance tactical design tasks with strategic thinking to shape visions and advocate for user experience outcomes that drive measurable business results.
*Confidently engage with stakeholders across multiple time zones (Sweden, India, Israel, and the US) and flag any issues impacting the integrity and quality of the design experience.
Key Requirements To excel in this role, you’ll need:
*Proficiency in Product Design: Skilled user of Figma, experience working with Design Systems, and expertise in creating concepts, delivering pixel-perfect assets, and preparing clear handover documentation.
*A proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to shape product and experience requirements, manage production-quality designs, and facilitate smooth engineering collaboration.
*Confidence in stakeholder engagement and collaboration with third-party partners.
*Comfort working in Agile environments and contributing to self-managed team norms.
*Desirable: Background in Financial Services or FinTech.
Experience: Minimum 7 years in Product Design, UX/UI, or Interaction Design.
Language: Fluency in English is essential.
