Job Description:
Employee Relations Advisor
*12-month FTC
*London (Hybrid working - 2-3 days per week)
*Ideally immediately avialble (maximum 4 weeks notice)
Are you ready to step into a fast-paced role where you can make a real impact during an exciting period of transformation? We’re seeking an experienced and adaptable Employee Relations Advisor to join a dynamic and evolving People Ops team, supporting a global restructure and change program.
Your Role:
*Provide critical HR support during a global transformation, including administrative tasks around change management and TUPE processes.
*Manage employee lifecycle administration, queries, and ER matters, working with shared service functions and mailboxes.
*Assist with calculations such as length of service and redundancy, while producing accurate letters and handling ad hoc queries.
*Support the team in navigating ambiguity while helping to shape efficient processes for a UK Shared Service Centre environment.
What we’re looking for:
*Experience in HR administration within large, fast-paced environments (shared services experience ideal).
*Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
*Exposure to change programs, TUPE, or similar HR transformation work.
*Proficiency with HR systems, policies, and processes, and a proactive approach to challenges.
