Looking for a account manager to join an immediate start basis for to join a busy team!
Client Details
A accountancy firm based in Guildford town centre.
Description
* Answering incoming calls
* Processing incoming sales requests
* Managing / developing existing corporate accounts
* Conducting accompanied visits to customers and suppliers
* Contacting existing clients of the firm to upsell new products and services
* Following up on incoming lead queries
* Delivering a high level of customer services at all time
* Responding to e-mail queries
* Assisting with the build and delivery of marketing campaigns
Profile
* A positive and co-operative attitude and a strong will to succeed
* The ability to blend with others to form a strong team
* Strong communication skills
* Excellent organisational abilities
* Experience of successfully operating in a similar role
* The ability to grasp a high level of detail
* The ability to create, or challenge ideas
* The ability to build and manage relationships with external and internal customers
* Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Hardworking, positive attitude with a desire to progress
