Development Manager
Permanent
£41,356 + £963 Car Allowance
Chesterfield
We are currently working on behalf of a social housing provider to recruit for a Development Manager on a permanent basis. The role will involve home, site and office working.
Responsibilities of the Development Manager:
*Discover and progress development of new properties
*Complete Development appraisals
*Complete management of development schemes during and post completion
*Liaise with external partners and stakeholders
*Manage the Home Ownership office
Essential Requirements of the Development Manager:
*Previous relevant of working within a Development & Regeneration environment
*Relevant trade qualification or equivalent
