Role Requirements:
Experience:
*Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in property litigation
*Experience in handling both commercial and residential property disputes is preferred
*Ideally you will have your own portable relationships with clients and referrers in order to develop and grow your caseload
Skills:
*Strong technical knowledge of property law, including landlord and tenant disputes, boundary issues, and possession claims
*Excellent drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills
*Ability to manage a varied caseload and work under pressure
*Strong communication skills and a client-focused approach
*Experience in business development
