Job Description:
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled Private PA with extensive experience in managing the lifestyle of HNW individuals, handling a wide range of personal and professional matters, and coordinating prestigious events. Private PA experience is essential for this position, as you will be the primary point of contact for overseeing all personal responsibilities at the highest level.
Responsibilities: • Provide all administrative support to the Executive • Book travel, visas, accommodation, and transport • Manage the Executive’s schedule, including monitoring deadlines and prioritizing tasks • Be the first point of contact if any issues arise at any of the managed properties • Offer various options and solutions based on the situation • Manage business correspondence and document processing • Coordinate with the Executive’s drivers on a daily basis • Arrange all necessary support for the Executive and their family members when they are on holiday • Occasional travel within Europe may be required • Occasionally work outside of business hours, including weekends • Gather and pre-process information for decision-making • Prepare analytical reports, reviews, and presentations • Arrange meetings and negotiations • Organize social and business events
Key skills required: • Diplomatic and polite manner at all times • Experience as a Private PA • Fluent English is mandatory • Proficiency in office automation software • Good eye for detail and superb organisational skills • Flexibility - occasional overtime, fast-paced environment, availability over the phone • Professionalism and ability to talk at all levels • Reliability and efficient approach to any given task
