We’re looking for motivated and dynamic individuals to join our client’s busy B2B contact centre in Solihull as a Telesales Scheduler. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a team that values hard work, resilience, and ambition.
Key Responsibilities:
*Engaging in outbound B2B calls to schedule appointments and generate business leads.
*Achieving and exceeding KPIs and sales targets.
*Delivering exceptional customer service with a professional and confident telephone manner.

*Previous experience in a telesales or outbound calling role.
*A natural ability to build rapport over the phone.
*Enthusiasm to work towards KPIs and a drive to earn bonuses.
