Job Description:

Their Lifetime Planning team is dedicated to helping clients ensure their wishes are honored and their families are provided for in the future. This includes work on Wills, Trusts, Probate, Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection. They are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their team. In this role, you will collaborate with the Lifetime Planning team members and support them in their matters.
Main Duties:
*Liaising with clients on behalf of fee-earners, either directly or via telephone or email, and addressing any client queries. This may involve taking instructions from clients on behalf of the lawyers.
*Assisting with drafting legal documentation and correspondence as required, working alongside other team members.
*Managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of matters, including producing invoices, letters, and documents in conjunction with lawyers and support teams.
*Having direct contact with clients and third parties, including face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, and responding to emails and letters.
*Attending client meetings to support other lawyers, ensuring accurate records are kept, and action points are recorded, communicated, and met.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
They are looking for candidates who are eager to learn and develop, possess good social skills, and have the drive and enthusiasm to help provide first-class client service.
Ideally, you will have:
*At least three years of experience in a similar Lifetime Planning Paralegal position.
*An excellent academic record.
*Strong team-playing skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
*The ability to listen and explain legal concepts to clients clearly.
*Good organizational and time management skills.
*Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to work.
*An adaptable approach, working with other team members when necessary.
*A willingness to learn new skills and show commitment to your work and team.
