HR Advisor (Part Time)
Birmingham
Up to £35,000 pro rata
Company Profile
A great opportunity for an HR Advisor to join an SME business within the manufacturing sector supplying bespoke products across the UK. This is a new role within the business reporting into the Finance Director.
What’s on offer?
*Part Time Position - 30 Hours Per Week
*Office Based (travel across multiple sites within West Midlands)
*Flexible Working Days & Hours available
What will you do as an HR Advisor?
*Provide HR support, guidance and advice to managers, senior managers & directors
*Implementing HR Policies & Procedures, including recruitment onboarding / offboarding
*Identify specific training & development programmes ensuring efficiency and succession
*Implement annual performance appraisals, drafting all HR related letters and documentation
*Full maintenance of personnel records both physical and HR software
*Attend and minute all HR related meetings
*Coaching & management of the disciplinary and grievance process
*Assist the Finance Director with Payroll
What do you need as HR Advisor?
*CIPD Level 5 minimum
*Own transport required as travel is essential
*Be able to mentor employees at all levels across the business
*Software - BrightHR & Microsoft
