ACS Staffing Solutions are excited to be working with a client to support their new and exciting project in Park Farm, Wellingborough. ACS Staffing Solutions are looking for a number of Production Operative who will be working within a Production line capacity. You will be working with some well-known brands supporting the process in finalising the finished product. You will be working within a brand new space with new and shiny equipment.

Our client are BRC registered so candidates will be expected to adhere to the process of wearing, hair nets and lab coats as well as carrying out hygiene tests.

Key Production Operative duties:
* Assembly and Packaging – Contributing to the assembly and packaging process, attention to detail is key to ensure products meet customer specifications
*Quality Control – Maintaining high standards of product quality and working to strict quality control procedures

Requirements:
*Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not essential
*Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
*Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
*Willingness to adapt to changing production demands
*Commitment to maintain a clean and organised work space
