Forecasting & Planning Analyst
Staffordshire
£31k-£35k + Benefits
Cactus Search are delighted to be working with a returning client that is looking for a Forecasting & Planning Analyst to join it’s contact centre operation.
The Forecasting & Planning Analyst will be responsible for creating forecasts, maintaining them, monitoring performance and providing insight to the operation.
You will deliver planning & forecasting models in Excel, working on short-, medium- and long-term plans and continuously develop these models to achieve best possible results.
Understanding key drivers of demand and making recommendations for improvements is key to the role as well as partner with business channels to communicate effectively.
What we need you to have…
• A minimum of 2 years forecasting and resource planning background in front and/or back-office contact centre operations
• Advanced knowledge of forecasting methodologies and techniques including Erlang and workforce management systems
• Good working knowledge of reporting, call centre metrics such as AHT variables, occupancy targets
• Attention to detail with the ability to problem solve and provide solutions#
• Advanced level Excel
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate at a variety of levels
