Job Description:
A Spanish or French speaking Event Coordinator is urgently needed for a leading international events company. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing multilingual team in London.
The purpose of this vacancy is to support the logistics team via digital and live events, with database management, running CRM reports and providing general administrative support. This role is a permanent position to start ASAP with great opportunity to develop and gain experience. It is office-based in central London.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Preparing and supplying events logistical information, and keeping regular updates
*Supporting with any enquiries and providing excellent service.
*Working closely with the speakers for the events and assisting them with preparations for the events.
*Providing general administrative and managing CRM system and its data
About you:
In order to succeed, you must have high attention to details, strong communication and organisational skills and have an interest in digital and live events. You are expected to be articulate when interfacing with various high profiles. This vacancy is a great opportunity for you to grow your expertise within administration/event and deliver exceptional results to the business.
Profile:
*Required to be fluent in English and Spanish or French, both written and spoken
*You must be enthusiastic, dynamic, creative, self-motivated and confident in communicating with people at all levels
*Good team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
