Vacancy: Operations Manager
Location: Nottingham
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
Salary & Package: Highly Competitive
As the Operations Manager you’ll be working within the Nottingham Construction team, supporting them in the construction of building projects across the region.
Duties:
*Lead in all aspects of Health & Safety
*Manage the execution of contracts under the main contract conditions
*Line management for all of the Operations Team
*Promote and ensure an inclusive work environment
Requirements:
*Strong Tier 1 / 2 contractor experience as the Operations Manager / Director
*Excellent management and communication skills
*Confident leader
*Excellent commercial awareness
*Strong commitment to health & safety
*The ability to communicate well with all levels of staff and clients
