Job Description:
Seeking a natural leader with metal manufacturing knowledge, planning and quality assurance skills. Exciting opportunity to set up an in-house production unit. Set the production process and disciplines and coach the team.

Core responsibilities will typically include:
*Implement production systems, processes and disciplines including but not limited to planning, scheduling, and sequencing to ensure best use of resources and on time delivery of customers’ orders.
*Introduce manufacturing practices covering manufacturing, finishing, assembly.
*Establish and improve the quality assurance processes and disciplines and accountable to ensure provide exceptional quality products and services.
*Create and maintain HSE standards ensuring safety of all stakeholders as well as compliance to regulations, the wellbeing of our staff, housekeeping standards through 5S disciplines.
*Lead, train, motivate and support the team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including process improvements and problem resolution.
*Partner and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve planning, processes, systems and ultimately customer satisfaction.
*Budget and cost control.
*Schedule production and assembly activities and the outcomes to comply with quality and on time in full requirements.
Essential Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
*Proven success in a similar production / manufacturing management role.
*Comfortable producing a high volume of bespoke / made to order products.
*Previous success leading improvement projects.
*Understanding of metal manufacturing or related components / engineering industry.
*Experienced setting production processes and quality assurance controls.
*Understand principle of manufacturing software such as: ERP & MRP systems.
