Job Title: Construction CSCS Tutor / Trainer

Location: Norwich - Centre based

Salary: up to £34,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Package: Excellent Holiday Entitlement, Pension + more

Type: Full Time, Permanent 

Duties:
*To deliver Construction training to learners in a classroom-based environment, leading them to acquire their CSCS cards.
*Deliver Employability Skills, alongside Functional Skills, Digital and Personal Development.   
*Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
*Development of resources. 
*Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners’ skills knowledge and behaviours
*Monitor student attendance and progress through regular student assessment and reviews.
*Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.
Criteria:
*Must hold a Level 3 Teaching qualification (AET/PTLLS) or above.
*Must hold a Level 3 Health and Safety qualification, or higher.
*Must hold solid, occupational experience of employment within the Construction industry.
*Must hold own GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or above / Functional Skills equivalents.
*Hold a level 2 qualification as a minimum within a Construction trade. 
*Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively.
*Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
