Job Title: First Line Support Technician
Location: Gloucester (Fully Onsite)

Are you a passionate tech enthusiast with at least 1 year of experience in IT support? We’re seeking a First Line Support Technician to join a thriving Managed Service Provider (MSP) based in Gloucester. This is a fully onsite role, offering a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities: *Provide first-line technical support for a variety of IT issues, including software, hardware, and network troubleshooting
*Log, prioritise, and manage support tickets to ensure timely resolution
*Diagnose and resolve IT-related problems either in-person or via remote support tools
*Escalate complex issues to second-line support or senior engineers
*Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends
What We’re Looking For: *Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar IT support role
*Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Office 365, and basic networking concepts
*Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and customer-focused mindset
*Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple tasks
*Great communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
*A passion for IT and willingness to learn and grow in the industry
