What You’ll Do:
*Provide 2nd line support for network issues, ensuring smooth and efficient resolution.
*Troubleshoot complex problems and escalate to 3rd line support when necessary.
*Work closely with a dynamic team to maintain and optimise network infrastructure.
*Engage with clients and internal teams to ensure the highest levels of service.
What We’re Looking For:
*Proven experience in a 2nd line network support role.
*Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs).
*Familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, or other major networking equipment.
*Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
*A proactive approach and the ability to work under pressure.
