The Building Surveyors’ role
In this role, the Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to support a number of high-profile projects across sectors including commercial, education, heritage, government, healthcare, housing and leisure.
As the new Building Surveyor you’ll be responsible for providing key professional services such as party wall & neighbourly matters, condition surveys, measured surveys, dilapidations and contract administration.

The Building Surveyor
The successful Building Surveyor will ideally be an ambitious individual with a strong consultancy background.
*BSc / MSc in Building Surveying
*Currently completing / working towards APC
*3+ years’ consultancy experience
*Both project and professional experience is beneficial
