Are you passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of young people? We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Support assistant to join a school in Guildford. This role involves supporting students who face challenges with behavior, helping them to develop positive strategies, and promoting a constructive learning environment.
Responsibilities:
*Support and implement behaviour plans.
*Monitor, record, and report on behaviours.
*Assist in de-escalating crises and managing challenging behaviours.
*Collaborate with staff on behaviour strategies.
*Encourage positive social skills and behaviours.
*Maintain confidentiality and participate in training.
Requirements:
*Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with students
*Patient, empathetic, and resilient in the face of challenges
*Ability to work effectively as part of a team
