Key Responsibilities:
*Call customers to ensure their appliances are covered
*Upsell protection products based on customer needs
*Build strong relationships and understand customer requirements
*Help customers find the best protection package 
Skills and Experience:
*12 months of phone sales experience preferred, but call centre or retail sales backgrounds considered
*Attention to detail and accuracy
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Team player focused on delivering great customer service
