Parts Manager
*Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:30 pm with alternate Saturdays, 8:30 am - 1:00 pm
*Salary: £35,000 plus bonus
*OTE - To be discussed.
Parts Manager required for Automotive leading Car Supermarket located in Liverpool.
We are recruiting for a Parts Manager for our Client’s bodyshop. As a Parts Manager for our Client you will be responsible for leading a busy Parts Department.
The salary on offer for this Parts Manager is £35,000.
Parts Manager Person Specification:
*A previous working experience as a Parts Manager
*Managing the sourcing and supply of vehicle parts
*Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
*Motivating and developing the Parts Team
*Strong Interpersonal Skills
The responsibilities of this Parts Manager role are:
*Maximise the profit opportunity in the Parts Department
*Overseeing the effective Management of all Parts and consumable stocks
*As a Parts Manager it is your duty to recruit for Parts Team Members
*Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Department through coaching and development.
