Job Description:
Remote - Telesales Advisor
Remote
Full time - Monday-Friday – or a condensed 4 day working week - Monday to Thursday 
Permanent
£23k base salary and OTE of £29-30k – pro rata

Role summary:
You will be making outbound sales calls to customers, offering an exciting product with excellent value for money.

Key responsibilities:
*Make 150/200 calls a day on an automated dialler.
*Build rapport with the customer, build an offer that suits their needs.
*Achieve targets of 3 – 6 sales a day (90% of the existing team to hit their targets).
*Ensure you are meeting compliance expectations with every process.
Required skills and experience:
*12 months experience of targeted phone sales within the last 3 years is preferred however we could also consider candidates from a Call Centre or Retails Sales background.
*A quiet place to work at home.
*Be comfortable with remote working.
*The desire to exceed targets whilst following process, compliance, and regulations.
