*Position: SEN Tutor (Full-Time)

*Salary: Competitive, based on experience
What We’re Looking For: *Qualifications: Minimum Level 2 certificates in English and Maths.
*Language Proficiency: Must speak fluent English.
*Skills: *Ability to support students in class as a Teaching Assistant.
*Confidence to lead individual and small group sessions as a Tutor.
*Strong knowledge and experience working with ASD, ADHD, and SEMH needs.

*Desirable: A driving license is a bonus but not essential.
The Role: *Provide tailored support to students in the classroom and in targeted learning sessions.
*Collaborate with the teaching team to implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
*Promote engagement and confidence in students with additional needs.
*Work flexibly across the school, adapting to the diverse needs of pupils.
