This Kidderminster based company are leaders in their sector, with a reputation for delivering high-quality products and services. They are now on the lookout for a dedicated Management Accountant to join their supportive finance team. This role will see you getting involved with a range of tasks including cashflow forecasting, financial analysis and supporting with budgets.

This role comes with an annual salary of up to £40,000.

Key Responsibilities
*Oversee daily cash flow analysis, prepare weekly forecasts, and collaboration with the sales team.
*Provide financial insights to assist in managing budgets and expenditures.
*Month end tasks including - Posting journals, data analysis, and reconciling balance sheets.
*Work with operational teams to enhance manufacturing efficiencies.
*Manage monthly stock counts and analyse discrepancies.
*Maintain the fixed asset register and prepare VAT returns.
*Assist with various projects and other business needs as required.
Candidate Experience, Skills and Attributes:
*Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Management Accountant or similar role.
*QBE or part qualified in ACCA/CIMA.
*Excellent communication, organisational, and time-management abilities.
*Problem-solving mindset, a customer service ethos, and flexibility to work both independently and as part of a team.
*Strong attention to detail and capable of planning and prioritising workload effectively.
*Professional and self-motivated.
