Assistant Accountant
*Annual Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 depending on experience. 
*Location: Outskirts of Norwich / Office-based, 5 days a week
*Job Type: Full-time, 6-month Fixed Term Contract
Reed Accountancy Norwich are seeking a self-motivated Assistant Accountant to join our clients team on a six-month fixed-term contract. This role is perfect for a part-qualified professional who excels in managing a variety of accounting tasks independently and efficiently.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Conduct general day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial data processing.
*Utilise Excel for financial planning, including adapting and mapping process notes.
*Manage catalogue printing processes, including stock checking and compilation.
*Assist in preparing summaries and reports for the director.
*Engage in various finance-focused projects, as well as other projects across the business.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Must be part-qualified in accounting.
*Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
*Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, particularly in planning and mapping processes.
*Strong organisational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects.
