Description
*Support the HR department in various administrative tasks.
*Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating communication.
*Maintain employee records with a high level of accuracy.
*Coordinate HR projects and take minutes during meetings.
*Help to organise and manage company events and team-building activities.
*Deal with employee requests and provide relevant information.
*Produce and submit reports on general HR activities.
*Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legal regulations.
Profile
A successful HR Assistant should have:
*A degree in Human Resources or related field.
*Proven experience as an HR assistant, staff assistant, or relevant role.
