Job Description:
Tiger Private is looking for a Head of Projects, to act as the right hand to the Principal in a new small but highly dynamic and creative family office.
Our client is looking for a hyper-organised candidate, able to produce effective presentations to communicate project road maps and milestones. Previous experience within a family office is a must.
We are looking for a competent and experienced candidate who is conformable analyzing data and creating spreadsheets, trackers and Gantt charts to relay results to the wider team.
In this role you will be involved with exciting development projects focused on architecture and ecological conservation across the UK, Ireland and Canada. You will also have exposure to meaningful philanthropic idea generation with opportunity to play a role in bringing ideas and plans to fruition.
This role requires exceptional communication skills, a talent for information synthesis, and the ability to present data in a consistent and easily digestible format to facilitate efficient decision-making.
The successful candidate will align well to this family’s creative nature, strong attention to detail, high level of involvement and commitment to sustainability.

Qualifications:
* *Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
*5-10 years of experience in executive support, project management, or similar roles
*Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and particularly with Excel and PowerPoint
*Proficiency in creating and maintaining project management tools (e.g. Gantt charts)
The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter who thrives on creating order and structure. They should be comfortable managing up and have a talent for presenting information in ways that facilitate quick understanding and decision-making.
The ability to anticipate needs, prioritize effectively, and maintain a consistent system for information delivery is crucial for success in this role.
Full-time in-office presence required in Central London, along with a vehicle for occasional on-site visits in Wales and Surrey.
