Job Title: Electronics Lead Engineer
Salary: Up to £80,000 per annum

Full Time: Monday - Friday

I am looking for an experienced Electronics/Design Senior Lead Engineer to provide leadership and hands-on engineering expertise within Cross-functional project teams. In this role, you will manage a team of talented engineers while contributing to the design, development, and delivery of innovative products, applications, and services.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

· Lead the creation of robust, creative technical solutions that meet cost, quality, and specification objectives.
· Ensure that all team members maintain the necessary competencies, insights, and professionalism to excel in their duties.
· Provide technical oversight and ensure the feasibility of projects within the team’s skill set.
· Take an active role in technical reviews and assessments.
· Identify and mitigate project risks by fostering a high-performing, proactive team.
· Oversee the creation and maintenance of detailed, accurate documentation.
· Engage with and respond to customer requirements in a professional manner.

Skills & Experience

· Demonstrated experience in leading and managing people, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams and driving organisational change.
· Ability to clearly present proposals, designs, and technical concepts in a professional manner.
· Proven track record of developing innovative, cost-efficient, and reliable technical solutions on time.
· Proven leadership capabilities & team management skills.
· Thorough knowledge of the complete product development process, from initial architecture and design to production, feature upgrades, and platform transitions.

Additional Requirements

· Strong academic background, holding at least a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related engineering discipline.
· Experience in technical leadership within cross-functional development environments.
· experienced in managing end-to-end product development processes.
· A proven track record of inspiring, managing, and achieving results with core development teams.
