Our client, a leading financial services organisation, is seeking a talented individual to join their team in a permanent part-time role. Responsibilities:
*Office management: Handling various administrative tasks such as diary management, office supplies, and visitor access.
*Invoicing: Preparing invoices, tracking payments, and ensuring accuracy.
*Statement reconciliation: Matching bank and credit card statements with supplier invoices.
*Payments: Checking supplier invoices and ensuring timely payment.
*Health & Safety: Assisting with annual H&S risk assessment and raising day-to-day issues with the serviced office.
*Events management: Supporting marketing colleagues in arranging events and working with venues. In addition to supporting the CEO, as the Office Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
To be successful in this role, you must have:
*Previous experience within an Office Management role is essential.
*Excellent communication and organisational skills, along with a keen eye for detail.
*You are an effective communicator with strong organisational skills.
*Your flexible approach allows you to work collaboratively across multiple teams
*Your ability to prioritise tasks and maintain confidentiality will be essential, as will your proficiency in MS Office suite.
