We are currently recruiting for a Senior Resourcing Business Partner to join our team on our Head office team at Leicester LE67 2HS
This is a ’Hybrid Working’ role and will require some travel, thus a driving license is a prerequisite to this position – a car allowance will be provided.
Main Responsibilities:
Work closely with Hiring Managers within our Group/PLC function at every stage of recruitment campaign
Partners Senior Business stakeholders and People team to determine current and future business resource requirements
Support the Resourcing Manager with supervision and leadership of the Resourcing Team.
Take recruitment briefs from hiring managers for their current vacancies and use expertise and market insight to challenge where necessary
Sourcing commercial high-calibre candidates via appropriate channels
Implement best in class direct sourcing strategies
Write compelling job adverts and other content to drive applications
Screen candidates to produce shortlists and make recommendations to hiring managers
Work with the Resourcing Manager to evolve the attraction strategy, finding new innovative tools and supporting continuous improvement
Project manage initiatives through to delivery
Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
Highly credible, builds great relationships, with the ability to flex style according to the audience
Experience of leading a team
Proven experience of designing attraction strategies for hard- to-fill roles
Experience of recruiting senior hires and commercial roles
A great multi tasker, resilient, able to prioritise and with a high level of attention to detail
Proactive problem solver, resourceful, demonstrates initiative and comfortable working independently
Driving license and willingness to travel nationally when demand requires, with occasional overnight stays
Previous experience of working in the construction/building materials or Manufacturing industry would be an advantage
IT literate with a good understanding of MS applications
Good communication skills with a desire to build strong working relationship
Experience maintaining a CRM or ATS
