Key Duties/Tasks:
*Assisting the manager in all payroll activities
*Drive positive change to current processes, analyse as is and drive a plan for the future of the Payroll function
*Drive efficiencies, system upgrades and role evaluations
*Liaise with key stakeholders as part of the senior management team
*Production of reports and journals
*Providing support on benefit analysis
