We’re seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Area Manager to lead and inspire two thriving teams, across two fantastic sites. This pivotal role requires a strong leader who can drive business growth, foster innovation and create a positive and collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
*Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and forecasting.
*Build, develop, and motivate high-performing teams.
*Cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners.
*Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
Ideal Candidate:
*Proven experience in a management role (preferably Dental)
*Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
*Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
*A passion for innovation and problem-solving.
*A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
The Offer:
*£45,000 - £55,000 base salary dependent on experience & accompanying benefits package.
