As Commercial Claims Manager, your main objectives will include building strong relationships with VIP corporate clients and guiding them seamlessly through the claims process. Working closely with senior members of the established Commercial Department, you’ll quickly establish yourself as an integral part of each client’s servicing team and attend regular client and insurer meetings. 
This role requires an experienced, talented, ultra-professional candidate, who’s a consummate and highly polished communicator.

Intermediate knowledge of Acturis is essential and excellent depth of working with large corporate clients (turnover £25m+) regarding complex motor fleet and commercial claims are crucial.  
We are seeking a claims professional with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in handling Motor Fleet, Commercial Combined, Professional Indemnity, and Management Liability claims. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the entire claims process, from initial notification to final settlement.
