Communications and Engagement Coordinator
Role Purpose:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Communications and Engagement Coordinator to join our client in the retail world. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a passion for building relationships and driving engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop and execute effective communication strategies to engage with tenants, businesses, and the local community.
*Manage and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
*Coordinate and deliver engaging events and campaigns to attract visitors and increase footfall.
*Utilize social media platforms to promote the venue and increase brand awareness.
*Collect and analyse data to identify trends and inform strategic decision-making.
*Prepare reports and presentations to communicate key findings and recommendations.
*Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement creative campaigns.
*Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience:
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Experience in social media management and digital marketing
*Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
