Description
*Overseeing all financial operations within the Accounting & Finance department
*Developing and executing strategic financial plans and objectives
*Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
*Providing insightful financial reports to aid in decision-making
*Collaborating with other departments to align financial goals with company objectives
*Identifying areas for cost reduction and financial improvement
*Managing the annual budgeting and planning process
*Leading, coaching, and developing a team of finance professionals
Profile
A successful Financial Controller should have:
*An educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
*Proven leadership skills within the manufacturing industry
*Excellent financial reporting and analysis skills
*Ability to demonstrate where they have implemented a business partnering framework into their previous workplace
*Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
*The ability to develop and implement strategic financial plans
