*Implement data analytics tools and strategies to improve data collection and interpretation.
*Communicate data analysis results to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
*Ensure data quality and integrity in databases.
*Drive the training and development of junior data analysts in the team.
*Work closely with other departments to understand and fulfil their data analysis needs.
*Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
*Use predictive modelling to increase and optimise customer experiences.
Profile
A successful Senior Data Analyst should have:
*An educational background in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field.
*Proficiency in Tableau & SQL
*Experience in managing a team of data analysts.
*Strong knowledge of data modelling and predictive modelling techniques.
*Excellent communication skills to present data-driven insights.
*Proficiency in data analysis tools and database software.
