Job Description

We have an exciting role within Group HR to join a highly visible, HR Product Team. As part of the BAU team and supporting the wider HR programme deliveries, the role holder will be responsible for change and deployment within our Oracle HCM. The ideal candidate will be resolving ticket queries to SLAs and supporting the evolution of our Oracle HCM system - building from requirements through our change management process.

What you’ll be doing *Supporting change and future deployment of our Oracle HCM platform, aligning to L&G HR policies and processes where applicable.
*Maintaining and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud Modules (Global HR, Compensation, Absence Management, Learning and Performance & HR Helpdesk)
*Providing support of our Oracle HCM cloud application, including troubleshooting and resolving issues via case management.
*Strong knowledge of HR processes aligned to the BAU calendar, changes and to identify issues/processes/errors from relevant integrations where necessary
*Supporting quarterly releases of Oracle HCM and communicating these changes to our key stakeholders across L&G
*Collaborating with HR and HR Operational Excellence to ensure requirements are as expected and can be configured within Oracle HCM as expected.
*Collaborating across internal L&G teams with internal IT, Data and Integrations team to ensure the design, functionality, and processes are aligned with change impact analysis to any downstream functionality
*Providing user training and knowledge transfer to support HR staff and end users to ensure effective utilization of the system
*Developing and maintaining comprehensive documentation including user guides, standard operating procedure documentation and Configuration workbooks.
*Continuously identifying opportunities for process optimization and automation to enhance HR operations
*To ensure approach to and work delivered supports L&G’s commitment to Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) to ensure the right outcome and excellent service delivery.
Qualifications *Previous experience with configuration in Oracle HCM is crucial.
*Strong Understanding of HR Processes & Best Practices
*Excellent problem solving and communication skills
*Ability to analyse complex HR requirements and design effective solutions within Oracle HCM.
*Ensure data integrity and security within Oracle HCM
*Organised and self-motivated
*Ability to multi-task and prioritize across concurrent projects
*The ability to adopt and adhere to HR policies and procedures
*Strong HR Business Process Experience
*Hands on experience in Oracle HCM implementation, configuration, and customization
*Proven Experience in Oracle HCM Global HR & Compensation or Learning & performance management and one or more of the following modules: Global HR, Absence Management, HR Help Desk
*Experience of working effectively within a team and of displaying good communication skills.
*Experience of being part of a HCM transformation and awareness of quarterly releases with both Oracle
