About the Role:
As a Project Sales Executive, you will support in driving profit from the project channel. You will play a key role in managing opportunities within the pipeline, engaging with contractors, and promoting our client’s products. This is a fantastic opportunity to build relationships with contractors and contract merchants, ensuring our client is their preferred brand.
Key Responsibilities:
*Pipeline Management: Maintain an up-to-date pipeline and assist in achieving pipeline addition and movement targets.
*Contractor Engagement: Support engagement with contractors to promote our client’s products, prospect for new opportunities, and manage accounts.
*Merchant Engagement: Assist in engaging with contract merchant branches to promote our client as their go-to supplier, liaise with the project channel manager, and manage accounts.
*Lead Generation: Generate leads for the specification team and ensure top contractors are aware of our client.
What We’re Looking For:
*Education: Sales training is beneficial.
*Experience: 1-2 years’ experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a similar industry.
*Skills: Basic understanding of CRM and pipeline management, with Netsuite CRM experience being a plus.
*Attributes: Enthusiasm, clear communication skills, determination, proactivity, flexibility, and a commitment to follow-up and persistence.
