Job Description:
Our client, a leading engineering construction company, is seeking a Contract Support Administrator to join their dynamic team in Pulborough. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to play a pivotal role in supporting civil engineering and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities: *Oversee project management for civil engineering and construction projects.
*Liaise with developers, suppliers, and contractors to schedule works & ensure project completion.
*Create new jobs and maintain updates via the company’s CRM system.
*Assist in managing health and safety documentation, including COSHH assessments and policy reviews.
*Manage and allocate invoices to ensure smooth financial operations.
The ideal candidate will have: *Previous experience in construction or scheduling roles.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
*Proficiency in CRM systems and administrative processes.
*Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
What’s on Offer: *Competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 pa, depending on experience.
*Full-time, permanent hours - Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
