Job Description:
Experienced Payroll Manager required for a leading financial services business based in Leeds City Centre:

The role of the Payroll Manager is to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for employees:
*Managing 2 direct reports.
*Processing monthly payroll for c600 employees.
*Primary point of contact for payroll-related queries.
*Managing the pension administration ensuring compliance with pension scheme regulations.
*Other ad hoc duties as required.
The person:
*The successful candidate will have previous payroll management experience.
*Working towards CIPP would be desirable but not essential.
*Strong numeracy and analytical skills are required.
*Good communication skills are essential and you must be able to build and maintain excellent stakeholder relationships across the business.
