Position: Service Desk/Engineer Administrator in Preston
Contract Type: Permanent full time 37.5hrs pw
Annual Salary: Up to £26,000

What is a Service Administrator?
As a Service Administrator, you will work closely with the Service Team to manage field engineers’ schedules and ensure efficient service delivery. You will play a vital role in meeting Service SLAs and goals, demonstrating high standards of work and effective time management.

Take ownership and responsibility for workload and provide support to others
’ESSENTIAL’ Duties:
Assist in booking engineers and keeping customers informed
Generate invoices for completed work
Process subcontractor paperwork
Manage site permits for field engineers
Follow up on quotations from the Service Desk
Respond quickly to potential customer issues
Provide cheerful telephone support
Monitor and respond to emails and other correspondence
Review and complete work streams, including quotes and portals
Support the team by providing administration support
Put the customer at the heart of everything you do, aiming to achieve the 24-hour SLA
Identify and manage your workload effectively
Exceed customer expectations
Immediately report quality issues and learn from them
Update your manager daily on any concerns or issues
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
