Job Description:
I am working on an exceptional opportunity for an experienced solicitor to take on a niche caseload within the Education team of one of the most highly regarded firms in the UK.
My client, a top 100 firm with offices throughout the UK, are looking for either an education solicitor or a corporate solicitor to join their team and take on a caseload consisting of: *M&A cases relating to universities and other higher education and further education institutions (HEI’s & FEI’s)
*Collaboration agreements between academic institutions
*Advising on spin-out companies
*Joint Ventures
*Set up of research institutions, spin outs and merger of academic groups
*Range of commercial and governance matters
This is an opportunity to carve out a team within a niche area of law, with the backing of a team dedicated to becoming a driving force in the UK within this sector.
Salary: £80,000 - £120,000
