Requirements
*Qualified Solicitor or experienced Fee Earner with relevant legal expertise.
*Minimum of 1 year’s experience handling personal injury cases.
*Proven ability in negotiation and dispute resolution.
*Familiarity with Proclaim case management software.
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
*Managing a diverse caseload of Employer Liability (EL), Public Liability (PL), and Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims.
*Handling cases from instruction through to resolution, including pre-litigation and litigation stages.
*Conducting legal research, drafting documents, and liaising with clients and third parties.
*Engaging in negotiation and dispute resolution to achieve favourable client outcomes.
*Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and procedural requirements.
