Job Description:

We seek experienced SEN professionals who can inspire a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional learning experiences for pupils with special educational needs. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and innovation to enhance performance and support for our pupils and their families. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves collaboration with parents, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
Key Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent
*Commitment to personal and professional development
*Experience as a senior leader in an SEN school
*Ability to lead with a clear vision
