Job Description:
I am pleased to be working with a market-leading, Knutsford-based client who are looking to add to their well-established team. They are looking for an attentive and proactive Sales Administrator to join their operation on a full-time, permanent basis.
Role Purpose:
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers and will provide an excellent level of customer service. They will be responsible for processing orders and managing the process for the customer from start to finish.
Benefits:
*Salary - £25,000 to £26,000 basic salary, realistic OTE of between £30,000 and £35,000 per annum
*Holidays – 34 days inclusive of Bank Holidays

Day-to-Day of the Role:
*Process orders for new and existing customers
*Update customers on existing orders, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure any delays are mitigated and timescales accurately reported
*Providing accurate quotations and pricing to customers, sometimes on large orders 
*Providing in-depth, technical product information to customers, both by telephone and email
*Provide general administrative support to the rest of the team
Specification:
*Previous experience in a customer-facing/ ales administration-type role would be beneficial but not essential
*Proficient in the use of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
*Possesses an excellent eye for detail and is attentive
*Is an effective communicator, both written and verbally
