Job Description:
An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen in Central London for a learning and development to join a uniquely successful events and hospitality business. As learning and development manager you will full accountability for implementing and delivering the training strategy for the company. You will be responsible for building in the strategy around L&D and implementing this across the business.
As an integral part of the HR team, reporting to the head of HR you will find job satisfaction daily. Your experience should be from a retail, hospitality or events background and there should be experience of delivering a full training proposition to a business.
