Job Description:
Do you have excellent administrative skills? Do you thrive in a flexible, remote working environment? Are you passionate about making an impact in the charity sector? If so, Signature Recruitment is delighted to partner with a charity dedicated to enhancing youth facilities, who are seeking a Finance Administrator to join their team. This position starts immediately for four months - with the possibility to extend. It offers the flexibility of fully remote working, with visits to London every other month for meetings.
As Finance Administrator, you will play an important role reporting to the Youth Investment Fund Central Support Manager assisting the YIF team with excellent administrative skills. You will focus primarily on financial activities, utilising your CRM expertise daily to manage and update financial data specifically invoice processing ensuring meticulous attention to detail. In addition, you will undertake general administrative duties including inbox management, organising meetings and note taking.
Finance Administrator Key Responsibilities:
*Utilising CRM to check, verify and process provider invoices and maintaining accurate and up to date records, ensuring data integrity and compliance across all invoicing and financial reporting
*Generating and presenting monthly financial reports to management
*Managing the Central Support Inbox - acting as first point of contact responding to queries and triaging as necessary
*Organising meetings and note-taking, ensuring actions are allocated and actioned
*Assisting with Event Planning - including sourcing venues, liaising with presenters and driving grantee engagement through email invites
*Providing general administrative assistance in order to support the team and wider charity
Finance Administrator Key Skills:
*Demonstrable experience in finance administration
*Effective communication and customer service skills, ensuring clarity and accuracy in financial reporting
*Personable and proactive with good time management, organisation and attention to detail
*Highly Proficient IT skills with a strong understanding of CRM systems, ideally Salesforce, with exceptional numerical skills
